岗位职责：
1、熟悉装饰系统及装修情况；
2、负责木器、家具、墙纸、大理石、油漆装饰新建及维修保养工作；
3、任何区域的装饰出现问题应立即报告给上级并立即跟踪维修工作情况；
4、监督执行相关装饰系统和客房房间的预防性维修保养计划；
5、及时把装饰系统的预防维修保养记录交于值班工程师；
6、为新员工提供培圳，为部门员工做多技能培训；
7、确保员工的工作质量符合专业标准和酒店的要求；
8、确保所有工具及设备的良好工况并执行库存控制；
9、根据上级的指示执行其它职责；
