•对来客宾宾有礼
•递给客人菜单并向客人推荐自助餐、当天的特色菜，关注客人的需求及要求
•记录就餐客人的情况
•对外宣传酒店产品知识和促销信息，推广酒店季节性产品，例如：粽子、月饼、圣诞票等
•确保所有菜单、自助餐牌及标牌的清洁
•需要时协助清洁工作和其他餐厅与酒吧工作
•帮助解答疑问或提出建议，为宾客提供更好的体验
•穿着工作服，展现自豪感
•在需要全员出动时，能够承担其他临时职责
•身强体健——有时您需要抬起或推/拉50磅（23公斤）的大件物品，并可能需要弯腰和双膝着地
•能读会写——您需要掌握良好的阅读、写作技能和基本数学知识
•弹性时间——这份工作需要在夜间、周末和假日翻班工作
