职位简介：
“梦想之梯”管理培训生项目的参与者将轮流就职于酒店各个部门，并完成相关的在线学习内容，了解更广泛的酒店生态系统以及影响酒店财务业绩、员工融入度及宾客体验的驱动因素。根据该计划的轮岗要求，参与者将在其所选的专业领域承担起相关责任与义务。从第一天起，参与者便会感受到在洲际酒店集团任职将收获的那份热情、认可与尊重。参与者将随时获得相关领域资深领导者的指导与支持，并接收到他们对酒店及宾客体验的深刻见解的启发，以及饱满工作热情的感染。

•对于酒店运营（从规划宾客体验到了解营收驱动因素）感兴趣
•具备一定的英语表达能力（包括口语和书面语）
•您必须有资格在当地工作（拥有居住许可证或护照）
• 拥有大学学历，并具备至少6个月的酒店业工作/实习经验(主管经验将获优先考虑)
