  1. CONTROL OF ALL BUILDING MAINTENANCE. 控制所有建筑物的维修

 

Ÿ       Monitors working condition of the building and technical equipment.

  •  Updates on latest information from log books and service reports.

根据记录本和服务报告更新最新信息。

 

  • In charge of the operation of all system equipment, takes appropriate action if necessary.

  • Ensures fast reaction to emergencies. Immediately takes direct control of affected such as fire alarm, lift trapping, etc. systems and remedial action as required.

  1. WORK ORDER CONTROL SYSTEM. 操作程序控制系统

 

  • Executes the Work Order Control appropriate System.

  •      Distributes work orders to technicians.

给技术工人指令,分派工作。

 

  •  Follows-up and checks reason of outstanding work orders.

跟踪并检查分派工作指令未完成原因。

 

  •  Checks the work load and efficiency of various sections.

  •  Quality checks completed work orders randomly.

  • On-going improvement of Work Order

  1. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEME预防维护方案

 

  • Assists in carrying out the Preventive Maintenance Scheme

  •     Ensures that the personnel who on duty carry out Preventive Maintenance works is according to the scheme.

  •    Monitors work quality.

  1. ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAMME节能项目
  •   Assists in carrying out the Energy Conservation Programme.

  •  Monitors utility consumption and record.

  • Supervises the duty personnel to carry out the Energy Conservation programme.

  • Ensures normal utility consumption.

  1. SPECIAL PROJECTS特别项目

 

  • Responsible for certain assigned projects .Supervises the working        condition and equipment.

  •  Performs other assigned reasonable duties in case of emergency or necessity.

  • Fire Alarms.

  • Ensures fire protection systems operate immediately.

  1.  Hotel 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  All employees must realize this fact and be aware that at times it may be necessary to move employees from their accustomed shifts as business demands.  In addition, it is understood that business determines the amount of hours that are worked, and that some weeks may be scheduled at less than 40 hours, and other weeks at more than 40 hours.
