负责按菜单出品菜肴，做到物尽所用。尽量减少浪费。

按程序操作所有机器，发现问题及时报告上级和工程部，及时维修。

做好安全防范工作，注意用水用电安全，注意防火防盗。

严格遵守员工餐厅规章制度。

做好开餐前的准备。
-
食品要做到生熟分开，防止食物中毒。
-
保持餐厅、厨房的卫生清洁和个人卫生。
-
饮料机要每天消毒清洗。
-
遵守酒店的各项规章制度。
-
服从上级安排的其他工作。

有礼貌，了解员工的实际需求，提供必要的帮助，体现洲际酒店员工良好精神风貌。

积极参与本地社区或酒店组织的慈善活动。
