- 培训提名的整理及收集，培训资料的准备，场地的布置，培训记录及调查的完善。

建立培训资料库，包括集团培训资料，图书、日志和所有音像资料，协助培训师执行培训项目，实现员工个人发展。

建立并维护酒店培训记录系统，及维护及更新员工档案中员工培训证书的记录。
-
联合专业培训师，协助部门完成专业技能拓展培训。
-
设计并执行培训项目，满足部门特殊需求，确保培训计划得到有组织、有效地进行。

参加部门培训，评估培训效果。

协助部门培训师准备和组织部门培训，并给予评估。
-
准备月度培训报告，以供内部及审计查阅。

给部门培训师及时传达新员工入职信息，跟进及检查由部门培训师准备的新员培训文档，确保在每位新入职员工在入职前均已为其准备好培训文档。

实时更新和维护酒店后台区域心灵家园。

确保培训项目有效落实：新员工入职培训、宾客服务培训、语言培训、消防与生命安全培训、员工在职培训、外派培训，外部交叉培训，内部交叉培训。
宾客体验:
- 关注“心语”，并针对宾客意见及时调整酒店的对客服务培训，确保培训项目有效落实：宾客服务培训、语言类培训、其他有关客人需求的培训。
企业责任:
- 绿色参与计划，并确保对新入职员工的绿色环保意识的培训，以及定期对员工的再培训。
- 积极参与公关部组织的社会慈善活动。
