完成培训需求分析、制定酒店的年度培训计划并确保培训计划符合酒店的营运策略
准备培训预算
员工团队
为中层管理人员实施管理课程的培训
检查所有培训课程的开展，确保都以专业的方式进行
监督每个部门培训计划的实施，确保实现培训目标，并评估表现
定期评估部门培训，并完成评估报告
主持定期的培训员会议
与能够协助提供高级或专业培训的专业人士保持畅通的联系
定期与员工交流思想，保持良好的员工关系
向员工提供辅导，提供建设性反馈意见以便提高工作绩效
确保酒店员工文化长廊-心灵家园信息的准确性和及时性
宾客体验
对客人满意度报告进行分析，并制定相应的行动计划配合满意度的提高
企业责任
确保酒店所有员工完成酒店的防火、健康和安全的政策与程序
我们对您的要求
•大专及以上文凭/高等教育/同等学历
•熟练影音制作、微信、小红书、微博、抖音等宣传技能
•英文听说读写流利
•熟练运用电脑制作文档、电子表格和幻灯片
•至少2年酒店培训工作经验
•英语表达流利 同时精通其他语言者优先
