岗位职责
1. 为来往酒店的宾客提供开车门、护顶、及开门服务。
2. 问候来住宾客。
3. 协助宾客提拿行李。
4. 为有需要的宾客提供租车服务，联系车辆。
5. 保持大门口整洁畅通，及大门口的安全。
6. 妥善回答宾客的问询，并提供恰当的服务。
岗位要求
1.高中学历或同等文化程度。具有一年以上从事前厅服务工作经历。
2.工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活。
3.能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
