【岗位职责】
1、熟悉各种材料的性能、使用的方法、施工技巧。
2、爱护工具，节约材料，做好材料的领用、保管、耗材登记及汇报工作。
3、保持场地卫生，材料物品堆放整齐。
4、做好安全防火工作，做到不返工，保质保量完成任务。
5、负责酒店内所有水电、土木、油漆等装饰装修的维护工作，按饭店各部门改造新增项目的方案施工工作。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上文化程度或有相差岗位证书。
2、身体健康,能吃耐劳。
3、有综合维修能力强者优先。
4、沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质,工作细心认真。
