您的日常工作
带领班组员工，熟悉各种材料的性能、使用的方法、施工技巧
督促下属爱护工具，节约材料，做好材料的领用、保管、耗材登记及汇报工作
保持场地卫生，材料物品堆放整齐
做好安全防火工作，做到不返工，保质保量完成任务
负责酒店内所有水电、土木、油漆等装饰装修的维护工作，按酒店各部门改造新增项目的方案施工工作
我们对您的要求
中专及以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验,有上岗证
身体健康,能吃耐劳
2年以上工作经验，有综合维修能力强者优先
沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质,工作细心认真
