·     准备和制作行动计划来提高预订销售和相关的商务

·     观察预订的情况决策当前和未来占有房价

·     熟悉酒店各项服务设施及经营策略

·     熟悉本部门各项工作程序和标准,有较高的业务水平

·     熟悉前台其他部门的工作程序

·     对酒店其他相关部门的工作程序有一定的了解

员工团队:

·     负责员工的每天的工作会议,并将酒店每天的活动,最新消息和运作流程和员工分享

·     认识到各项培训的必要性以确保部门的培训计划根据公司的标准持续发展

·     利用自己参与员工意见计划等来与员工们保持双向沟通

宾客体验:

·    通过有效及有组织的计划来确保持续的高素质服务

·    通过品质管理清单、培训及宾客回馈来不断改善以满足宾客的要求及提供超一流的服务

·    通过不断创新和改进以令宾客对酒店称心满意

·    利用CSIP在销售及市场各范畴提出不断改善的意见

·    保持与客户接触以得知他们的期望和需求

·    询问客人的名字并且在整个交谈过程中称呼客人的名字至少3次
