- 负责布草和制服的交接、洗前检查、分类、洗前去渍、水洗、烘干、熨烫洗后检查等工作。
- 按照各类洗涤物品洗前去渍标准操作程序和标准洗涤程序进行去渍和洗涤，若有问题及时向主管汇报。
- 按标准操作程序操作各类设备，负责设备及场地的清洁与保养工作。
宾客体验
- 按照各类物品标准操作程序对客衣进行处理，确保客人满意。
- 满足普通宾客、贵宾、常客和优悦会员提出的特别要求。
企业责任
- 使用正确的方法操作各类设备，保持设备正常运转，预防一切事故隐患。
- 向洗衣房经理汇报卫生或安全隐患。
- 完成分配的其他任务。
