- Handle the abrupt affairs, control the state of affair to develop. 处理突发事件，控制事态发展。
- Protect hotel property and guest's personal security. 保护酒店财产和客人人身安全。
- Check and handle the smoke feeling to report to the police in time, and detailed record. 及时检查和处理烟感报警，并详细记录。
- Assist and maintain crowd control as required. 按照要求协助维持人群的正常秩序。
