岗位职责
1.依据餐饮清洁标准化服务手册，执行相关标准及程序，定期对酒店厨房进行清洁、保洁工作；
2.负责完成各餐厅每日餐具的洗涤、消毒工作，确保洗涤质量，保证破损率在规定指标下；
3.负责正确使用清洁设备，进行日常保养及维护工作，如使用中出现异常情况，及时联系维修人员并上报部门主管；
4.负责控制清洁用品使用量，在保障清洁质量前提下，降低清洁品消耗，节约成本；
5.负责清理厨余垃圾，运送厨房各处垃圾至垃圾房，配合垃圾清倒工作并清扫周边环境；
6.完成领导交办的其他任务。
