基本工作内容：
根据既定标准和规程，对分配的客房和责任区域进行清理，提供相关服务。具体包括整理床铺，打扫房间，吸尘，对客房冰箱、浴室、客房内健身区和健身设施进行清洁和消毒，清运垃圾，更换水杯，回收可回收废物，等等。
根据酒店的要求，协助提供洗熨服务
在完成客房整理工作后及时通知上级主管，确保客房可以及时投入预订或使用
将无法根据既定规程提供客房服务的情况汇报给上级主管
监督和控制物料和客用品的使用情况，在客房服务的各个方面尽可能减少浪费
根据既定规程，对与物品缺失和寻获相关的所有情况进行上报、上交和记录
通过在日常工作中与其他部门的交流和合作，加强团队协作，提高服务品质

熟悉酒店所有公共区域并确保及时完成日常保洁工作
