确保按IHG政策和流程执行维护时间表、节能和控制、防火和其他生命安全项目

保持设备间的清洁卫生

掌握一定水平的业务知识，保证自己能够处理本部门所有业务领域的细小问题

处理酒店所有类型的维修保养工作，包括酒店的新增扩建部分或酒店持有的其他资产

维修并保养客房设施、灯光设施、家具及其他设备 协助执行酒店的预防性维保及维修记录系统

根据管理规定及客人需求按照优先顺序安排工作

记录每日进行的服务工作，包括记录个别设备部件更换成本及时间/人工成本

参加关于设备正确使用及维护的员工会议

按照规定的时间执行设备维修计划

每日进行工作日报，记录当天完成的工作

根据酒店要求，遵守相关规定和仪容仪表要求；

做到“三清”即是区域管理责任清、用料使用去向清和完工场地清；

积极维持一个安全的酒店环境并根据要求协助保安工作

其他分配的职责和培训，让团队成员成为一名考虑周密、有价值的酒店团队成员
