基本工作内容：
- 与宾客交流，理解他们对均衡生活的需求，为宾客提供适合的选项，帮助宾客选择适合他们的健康食品
- 以符合品牌服务标准的做法协助宾客完成平板电脑点餐、点饮料
- 根据“逸衡”品牌批准使用的菜谱以及既定的健康标准和出品标准，为宾客制作饮料或调酒
- 熟悉特色鸡尾酒以及点餐菜单。准备好回答宾客有关烹饪时长、菜品成分以及烹饪方法的问题
- 在可能的情况下，利用建议的销售技巧进行升级销售，帮助实现酒店收益的最大化（“升级销售”）
- 安全妥善地存储制作好的食物、饮料，以及备料和设备 确保部门的以下各项工作就绪为客人提供服务：
- 遵守洲际酒店集团的个人仪表仪容规范著装无可挑剔
- 设备干净，分类且存放好
- 玻璃器皿擦亮 ，餐具，清洁瓷器
- 准备好服务台，摆设好餐台
- 放音乐
- 开灯
- 迎宾并安排客人就坐
- 说明并推销每日特价
- 准确的下餐单
- 快速的为客人写餐单
- 确认处理付款方法
- 快速的清洁工作区和重新布置
- 与客人谈论有关的餐饮产品通过确保以下内容高效的提供饮品服务：
- 遵守酒精饮料服务归定，推销饮料并定时为客人续酒
- 及时、高效地根据业务预告补充物料；发现备料不足情况后及时上报主管
- 根据需要协助接收食材，完成盘点
- 迅速、高效地清理和清洁桌面在当班时间内，保持宾客用餐区和食品饮料制作区的清洁和有序
- 根据需要，彻底清洁和擦拭桌面、座椅、墙面、窗户、镜子及地板
- 安全、准确地完成收款工作
- 根据标准操作规程的要求结账/对账，查看宾客信用是否符合要求
