财务回报:

  • 统计当日客人入住情况,准备当日财务报表。
  • 打印、核对当天的营业日报表等,每班核对备用周转金,一切营业收入的现金不得外借。
  • 做好挂账情况及长住客的结算情况,做好催收工作并做好汇报。
  • 管理好总台发票,收现款要做好快而准,支票、美金、的管理要严格把关。
  • 核计团队、会议费用,整理好会议细单,做好结算工作。

 

员工团队:

  • 履行入住、退房和换房手续,并确保所有资料都按照预订情况完整的输入酒店电脑系统,以便相关部位及查徇客人的相关信息
  • 按需要与其它部门协调预订信息及联络中客人的具体需求
  • 了解当日及近日的房间预订情况,根据开房情况及时调整销售策略。
  • 严格执行外汇管理规定、外币兑换、信用卡兑现、现金管理制度、银行信用卡和支票、汇款单的使用规定、发票、收据管理规定,长短款管理规定,现金管理制度等情况。
  • 每班必须清点,做好交接班,特别是现金、支票等的交付情况,。
  • 参与部门培训并给予支持和反馈。

 

宾客体验:

  • 处理客人的投诉、问询和请求,如果自己无法提供协助,则将问题转给主管和经理助理。
  • 随时以友好和乐于协助的态度迎接客人,并尽量了解和称呼客人的名字。
  • 了解最新房价,房价变更和所有促销活动,最新设施,服务,营业时间,为客人提供及时有效的问询服务。
  • 礼貌待客,热情服务,适当推销,做好房间及酒店其它服务的销售工作,让客人及时获得酒店各营业场所的信息。
  • 随时负责回应客人关于使用保险箱服务的要求。
  • 当房间出现满房时,推荐或帮助客人代订其他酒店。
  • 耐心解答客人提出的有关账务方面的问题,不能解答及不能解决的问题要及时汇报。
  • 了解客情,发现可疑的客人应立即知会大堂副理、礼宾、楼层留意客人动态。

  • 确保遵守酒店的风险管理政策。
  • 正确使用前厅各种设备,响应“绿色环保”理念,
  • 维护酒店有关的财务管理制度和收银员制度及纪律。
  • 确保符合公安部门关于住宿登记、证件扫描及资料发送的要求。
