1.监督西餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况，确保高品质和一致性。
2.遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
3.了解整个餐饮部的食品、饮料，工资成本及其他杂项目成本的预算。
4.在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
5.确保所有VIP，常住客及定期回来的客人得到个性化的服务.根据我们的标准服务程序迎接欢送客人.到达或离开餐厅的时候，需要与餐厅经理，营运经理协调确保个性化服务的传递.
技能要求：
1.熟练使用微软办公软件和餐饮系统
2.具有解决问题和组织能力
3.拥有1年餐饮或宾客服务工作经验，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
