1.为来店消费客人登记、引领、领位。

2.接待来店消费客人,提供餐饮预订和服务。

3.向客人介绍推广餐厅各式菜点、饮品和特色菜点。

4.收集客人意见,及时向上级汇报并协助跟进处理。


岗位要求
1.良好的个人仪容仪表、微笑礼貌、热情待客。

2.良好的语言表达能力及服务意识。

3.掌握基础英语日常会话。

4.身高1.60M以上
