您的日常工作

根据部门总监制定的销售计划,具体执行争取商务、散客的销售工作

掌握本地区及国内外商务、散客市场动态,定期向部门总监提出销售调研报告

研究市场,预测商情,及时掌握市场动向,协助销售总监做好促销计划

制定、修改和审核有关报价信、合同及推销信件。认真做好商务、散客档案资料管理工作

负责以销售主管的业务培训工作

定期进出销售计划中所负责部分的执行情况报告,并对计划执行中存在的问题提出意见

按计划走访客户,了解客户对酒店的意见,增强与宾客的的沟通,建立良好的客户关系
 

我们对您的要求

具有大专以上文凭,积极、自信、为人亲切

具有2年以上相关岗位工作经验

熟悉本地市场,具有市场调查和预测能力

及时掌握市场动态并综合分析,及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议

具备良好沟通能力和优秀的英文听读说写能力
