• 监督现金的处理和存放程序，确保安全处理财务交易。
• 监督食品、酒水与人力成本。
• 处理异常的付款情况。
• 处理员工日常事务，计划并分配工作。
• 协助解决各种员工矛盾，提高团队成员的绩效。
• 在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
• 礼貌、迅速、高效地对所有宾客提出的问题、投诉或要求予以响应，确保达到较高的客户满意度。
• 确保所有餐饮设备运行状况良好、定时清洁，监督餐厅的服务。
• 执行恰当的管理库存流程。
• 确保食品、饮料、库存及设备的安全储存，及时、高效地补充供货，同时降低浪费的情况。
