适时推销餐饮产品

及时向直属上级沟通任何遇到的问题，宾客的反馈和相关信息

与同事建立并维系良好的工作关系

按计划参与培训，日常例会和其他相关会议

通过以下几点来做好服务准备：

确保个人仪容仪表遵循洲际酒店集团员工仪表准则

餐厅设备整洁

确保部门设备正确地分类存放

玻璃器皿擦拭干净

餐具擦拭干净

瓷器洁净无瑕疵

服务区准备就绪

餐具正确地摆放在餐桌和自助台上

餐桌摆台完毕

熟知预订情况（任何特殊活动，贵宾和常客）

对于宾客的特殊要求要提前做好准备并尽力满足

音乐和灯光按餐厅标准调试得当

餐厅准备就绪以迎接宾客

确保做到如下几点以提供高效谦恭的服务：

及时问候并迅速引领宾客就座

及时向宾客介绍和推销每日特供

及时并准确地帮助宾客点单及用餐

有效地利用托盘和托盘支架

准确处理宾客的账单

及时清理餐桌并快速翻台

吧台始终保持干净

定时清空烟灰缸

我们需要您什么：

良好的人际沟通能力和内省能力

具有基本的英语书写、阅读以及沟通能力

具有基本的数学计算能力

根据当地政府机构的要求具备餐饮服务许可证或有效的健康证

需要适应夜间、周末和/或节假日工作
