Your day to day

-Hotel Regulations (management of employment regulations and various rules, planning and operation of personnel system) -Performance Management -Recruitment (recruitment plan, mid to long term plan, etc.) -Payroll (setting of personnel costs in line with business plan, monthly management) -Preparation of monthly reports and forecasts -Attendance system and labour management -Management of the payroll and benefits team

What we need from you

-Business level Japanese and English skills -Experience in a management role -Experience in Human Resources and General Affairs is preferred - Bright and energetic -Good at negotiation -Positive and flexible attitude -Good communication skills
