Drive revenue growth and build impactful client relationships as a Key Account Director for our German-based clients. In this strategic role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, strengthen long-term partnerships, and increase customer share across IHG’s portfolio. Your day to day:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with high-growth clients in the German market.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue for German-based and outbound hotels.
- Lead strategic negotiations, delivering quality revenue through targeted subsegments and industry verticals.
- Support promotions and initiatives to maximise revenue during key need periods and for new properties.
- Represent IHG as a trusted advisor, offering expert market insights and leveraging global sales best practices.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in account management, driving portfolio growth through data-driven strategies and long-term planning.
- Strong knowledge of the German market, including trends, industry insights, and hotel operations.
- Skilled in negotiating and managing mutually beneficial contracts that align with both client and business needs.
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and leveraging analytics to make impactful commercial decisions.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
