Do you see yourself as Assistant Chief Concierge at Regent Bali Canggu?

 

As an Assistant Chief Concierge, you will support the Chief Concierge in overseeing the concierge department and delivering exceptional guest services. Your role involves managing a team of concierges, coordinating guest requests, and ensuring that all concierge services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your day to day 

  • Assist in supervising and leading the concierge team. 
  • Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that all team members deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Handle complex or high-profile guest requests and inquiries, including reservations, transportation, and special arrangements. 
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk, including managing guest requests, coordinating with other hotel departments, and maintaining service standards.
  • Assist in training new concierge staff and providing ongoing coaching to ensure high levels of service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience by anticipating needs, recommending local attractions, and offering personalized service.
