Your day to day
- Handle guest requests and inquiries quickly, like room amenities and stay-related questions.
- Work with hotel management for urgent requests and keep them updated on any issues.
- Provide info on hotel services, local directions, and safety procedures to guests.
- Log calls, follow up for guest satisfaction, and assist during emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Instant Service Center team and support the ISC Reservations Desk as needed..
What We Need from You
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or something similar, or relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to stay calm and clear during emergencies.
- Customer support experience is a plus, especially with systems like Opera, Quore, or HotSOS.
- Flexible with schedules, ready to work weekends and holidays for 24/7 support.
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping up with industry trends.
- Comfortable using contact management systems and MS Office to document calls and follow up..
Who You’ll Work With: You’ll connect with the Instant Service Center Leadership Team, hotel management, and guests.
Physical Requirements: This is an onsite role, so be ready for a 24/7 shift schedule.
