1.协助保持大堂区域清洁和整齐；
2.向客人提供优良及有效率的服务；
3.保持行李储藏室整洁；
4.协助前厅完成其他服务工作。
岗位要求
1.具备吃苦耐劳、爱岗敬业品德，责任心强，善于与客人沟通交流；
2.有酒店工作经验者优先，无相关经验也可。
