- 确保安全处理收银的相关问题
- 遵循帐单支付的程序
- 熟练收银的操作处理程序
- 安全处理现金的程序
- 与同事及领导交流疑难问题、客人评价及其他相关事务
- 与同事和谐相处、协作共赢，为客人带来良好的餐饮体验
- 根据酒店要求，保持良好的仪容仪表
- 定期与主管、经理沟通，保持良好的关系
- 根据部门的标准和要求，做好大堂吧的卫生清洁与设备保养
- 掌握大堂吧的服务流程及技巧，有效且正确的点单服务以及促销
- 积极参加酒店及部门组织的各种培训
- 在日常工作中接受新思想并更具要求做变动
- 根据部门要求，完成领导布置的任务
- 勇于承担责任，并不断改进、发展、提升
- 确保工作质量达到标准，并在最少的监督下及时认真完成任务
- 协助大堂吧主管、经理进行有效的酒水控制与管理
- 负责定期做好过期酒水检查，并第一时间告知大堂吧主管、经理
- 负责酒水和食品的储存方法正确，存放和取出要遵循先进先出
- 与成本部进行每月的月末盘点，确保酒水、食品准确无误
- 负责经营中杯具用品的安全，出现破损或丢失要向酒吧主管或经理回报
- 上班中尽量解决各种投诉，并记录且进一步跟踪
- 主管或经理不在时，可有效的组织员工经营大堂吧
- 记录估清食品、酒水并第一时间通知服务员、主管与经理
- 在营业时间，协助服务员进行服务，合理分配工作，并保证服务标准实现客人满意度最大化
- 认真且负责的指导、发展每一位新员工或实习生
- 认真落实且执行大堂吧主管或经理制定的各种促销活动与决策
