Support Voice of Customer & Customer Engagement projects and activities, along with select Global Sales Organization [GSO] team initiatives as required.
Your day to day
- Support the management of Customer Councils, Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives, and Customer Appreciation activities.
- Prepare and maintain documentations, like meeting agendas, Council rosters, VoC feedback and presentation materials.
- Work closely with multiple partners, agencies, and subject matter experts to support facilitation of in-person and virtual meetings & engagements and implement feedback across IHG.
- Coordinate meetings and help to organize schedules.
- Consolidate information provided by others, or making sure that information is consistent
What we need from you
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Cvent a plus
- Project management experience beneficial
- Proven team player but also able to work independently & proactively
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects accurately and with attention to detail
- Able to multitask with organized approach
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff. Ability to develop and present data-driven recommendations successfully, promotes items persuasively, and shapes the opinions of others.
- Ability to maintain a consistent, high quality customer-focused orientation, including providing clear, accurate information; explaining procedures or materials or providing supplemental information; anticipating problems or questions.
Location – Atlanta, GA; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $72,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
