• Plans and implements hotel’s Marketing Communications policies and procedures.

• Directs press relations including preparation of news releases and feature articles, making arrangements for interviews and photo and video shootings between company and press, radio, and television representatives.
• 领导与媒体之间的关系，包括准备新闻稿和专题文章，安排公司与新闻界、广播电台和电视台代表之间的采访以及照片和视频拍摄。
• Provides assistance to hotel personnel in writing speeches, preparing letters and drafting articles that are to be made public.
• 协助酒店员工撰写演讲稿、准备信件和起草公开文章。
• Advises on the preparation and presentation of product shows, displays and exhibits.
• 对产品的准备工作与展示发布等步骤提供建议。
• Coordinates with marketing and advertising personnel the advertising and sales promotion material with public relations objectives.

• Advises management on community relations’ projects and activities.

• Maintain social channels’ guests review. And make sure the hotel’s guest review channels are healthy.

大专及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、广告学、工商管理或相关专业优先；具备扎实的传播理论基础与商业敏感度。
至少5年市场传播、品牌管理或公关领域工作经验，其中不少于3担任团队管理岗位，有完整主导传播项目经验。
精通整合营销传播，熟练掌握媒体策略、内容策划、舆情管理及数字化传播工具，具备出色的文案把控与视觉传达协同能力。
具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力及高层汇报经验，能独立应对复杂业务场景与突发舆情事件。
英语可作为工作语言，具备国际传播项目经验者优先；熟悉主流媒体生态与新媒体平台运营逻辑
