Your day to day

Are you a strategic and results-driven leader with a passion for luxury hospitality? InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to drive commercial success.

As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance guest engagement, and strengthen our market position. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the resort’s success while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to drive performance and innovation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate, leisure, and MICE clients.
  • Oversee digital marketing, branding, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IHG’s global and regional teams to align strategies with brand objectives.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience in a senior sales & marketing leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a dynamic team.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
