Under the guidance of the Engineering Manager, you will support daily engineering operations by assisting in the maintenance, repair and installation of the hotel's plumbing systems and fixtures. You will be responsible for ensuring proper water supply, drainage and sanitation systems while carrying out routine inspections and basic repairs. You will also assist in maintaining the hotel's facilities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Assist in the inspection, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, water supply lines, drainage systems and sanitary fixtures.

• Carry out basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains and replacing damaged pipes, taps and fittings.

• Monitor water supply systems, pumps, valves and plumbing equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Assist in preventive maintenance activities and promptly report technical issues or equipment faults to the immediate supervisor.

• Maintain plumbing tools and equipment while ensuring workplace cleanliness and compliance with health, safety and hotel standards.

What We need from you:

• High school diploma or vocational training in Plumbing, Plumbing Technology or a related technical field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in plumbing maintenance or a similar engineering role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage and sanitary fixtures.
• Ability to identify plumbing issues and perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Good communication skills, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
