We are looking to hire a customer-oriented F&B Supervisor to join our team at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel).
This role is crucial for ensuring our catering operations run smoothly and for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively to provide an exceptional catering experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the work schedules for all catering staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of catering preparation areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to guarantee compliance with all food health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a presence on-site to ensure all operations run smoothly.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all beverage supplies and other essentials are adequately stocked.
- Review customer surveys to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service.
- Resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
- Proven experience working as a supervisor within the hospitality industry.
- Strong management, organizational, and effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
