Your day to day

  • To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food & Beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
  • To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
  • To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times. 
  • To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager & Manager.
  • To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.
  • To supervise the employees within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
  • To assist in the training of the employees. 
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What we need from you

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality within an experience of team leading
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem solver and a real team leader. Attention to details is a must!
  • Speaks French and/or Dutch fluently and very knowledge of English
  • Flexibility and punctuality
  • Having a means of personal transportation is considered an asset
