Your day to day
Operational Management:
- Oversee the smooth running of the spa, ensuring all treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Ensure the spa is maintained to the highest cleanliness and safety standards, with attention to detail in all areas of operation.
- Monitor and manage spa budgets, controlling costs while maximizing revenue through effective pricing, promotions, and upselling.
Guest Experience:
- Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring personalized and professional care, handling guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Create an inviting atmosphere, fostering a serene and luxurious environment for guests to enjoy.
- Develop and implement spa packages and treatments, ensuring a diverse range of offerings to meet guest preferences.
Staff Management:
- Lead and manage a team of therapists, receptionists, and other spa staff, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Ensure that the team provides excellent customer service and consistently meets the hotel’s standards.
Sales & Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to promote spa services.
- Monitor guest feedback and conduct surveys to assess guest satisfaction and make improvements where necessary.
- Drive spa memberships, retail sales, and the promotion of products to increase revenue.
Financial Management:
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales, inventory, and treatment bookings.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.
What we need from you
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Spa Director, or similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and drive sales.
