ABOUT THE POSITION
Our Management Trainee Programme is an accelerated 12-18 months learning journey taking place at our hotel. He/She will complete online learning, understanding the broader hotel eco-system and drivers that impact financial performance, colleague engagement and the guest experience. They will be delegated responsibilities and duties as part of their programme’s rotation in the chosen area of specialisation. From day one, programme participants will feel the welcome, recognition and respect that are all part of working at IHG. They will be guided and supported by inspiring leaders who are experts in their field, all ready to share their knowledge and passion for hotels and the guest experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of bachelor's degree and more than 2 years work experience At least two internships, or one 6-month equivalent internship experience with leading companies of any industry Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English
