岗位职责
1.负责接听服务热线电话、解答各类咨询及指引服务；
2.负责客服台现场各类业务的办理，收集顾客建议进行反馈；
3.负责协调处理各类客诉，提升顾客满意度；
4.负责网络预订。
5.完成公司及上级领导交办的其他任务。
岗位要求
1.中专以上学历，形象气质佳，富有亲和力；
2.沟通能力强，普通话标准，具有良好的服务意识与团队合作意识；
3.熟练使用相关办公软件。
