What's the job?

You will be the administrative back-bone to our sales success. Your role is all about exceeding expectations! Whether it's engaging with MICE, Sports, Entertainment, Leisure, or Corporate groups, you'll provide exceptional service by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions and helping to seal the deal to meet revenue targets. You'll be the expert on our group offerings and all things Holiday Inn Auckland Airport facilities. Your mission: answer enquiries, nurture client relationships, and support group bookings by making sure no detail goes unnoticed. It's a fast-paced, rewarding position where you can make a real impact.

What we need from you?

Your genuine enthusiasm for hospitality should shine through, backed by a robust foundation in front office, reservations, or similar hotel-related roles. Thriving in this position requires a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Your vibrant personality and innate talent for fostering valuable business relationships will be a key asset, further support by your proficiency in hotel management systems, a polished telephone etiquette, and the ability to provide insightful local recommendations for our guests. You will be a flexible team player and open to supporting our operational team (Front Office) during peak periods to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
