Our Front Office team is searching for a passionate Guest Services Agent to become part of creating lasting memories for guests from around the world. As our Guest Services Agent, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, handling everything from check-ins and departures to sharing local recommendations that make each guest's stay special. Working on our rotating roster, you'll process payments, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure every interaction adds to an exceptional hotel experience. What we need from you
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A demonstrated reputation for being a positive team player, with a passion for guest experience
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
- A passion for curating extraordinary guest experiences
- A valid Full NZ drivers license
- Full working rights within New Zealand with no restrictions
