Are you a multi-skilled handyman ready for a new and exciting opportunity? We are looking for an all-rounder, someone comfortable with the entire toolkit. If this is you, then look no further!
What's in the job:
• Perform maintenance requirements as needed. eg, door repairs, lock replacement, changing light globes, etc.
• Attend to minor building repairs including carpentry, tiling, roofing, window/glass, painting and plastering.
• Grounds and landscaping maintenance
• Basic plumbing duties
• Room setup for internal and external conference functions as per event order requirements
• Check & complete online work requests - Look up the maintenance register regularly and complete repairs as required.
• Carry out daily 'walk through' checks of the buildings
• Ensure a safe working environment according to the relevant WH&S standards.

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster between 7am – 8pm (am & pm shifts)
• Plastering & painting experience
• Full working rights
