Hiring Salary: EUR 20 500,00 - 23 500,00 YEARLY

The Housekeeping Administrator supports the efficient day-to-day administration and operational activities of the Housekeeping Department. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee schedules and payroll documentation, updating departmental records, supporting monthly audits, managing inventory and store requests, and overseeing the Lost & Found process. The Administrator plays a key role in ensuring that all Housekeeping administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with hotel standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter and maintain employee shifts in the payroll system and prepare all documents requested by the Payroll Master every Monday and Friday.

· Update and maintain all documentation required for the monthly audits.

· Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and maintaining accurate records.

· Prepare and process store requests for the Housekeeping Department and follow up on deliveries.

· Manage the Lost & Found process, including recording, storing and tracking items in accordance with hotel procedures.

· Provide general administrative support to the Housekeeping Department and ensure all records and documents are kept accurate and up to date.

 

Skills & Competencies

· Good computer skills and confidence using different computer programs and systems.

· Previous experience with UKG or another timekeeping/payroll system would be an advantage.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

· Strong organisational and administrative skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

· Experience with payroll, timekeeping, inventory or departmental administration would be considered an asset.

· Fluency in English is required.
