职位描述：
-服从工作安排，接受领班对工作程序及质量的检查、指导；
-负责整理、清洁客房，配送各种客房用品。清洁完毕后，填写好“工作日报表”，并把工作车及清洁工具归位放好；
-及时报告客人遗留物品、客房物品损坏、遗失和索赔等情况；
-保管楼层各种物品，回答客人提出的有关问题；
-介绍服务项目和客房设施的使用方法。
职位资格和技能：
-职位资格—勤劳肯干；
-能够遵守酒店的各项规章制度；
-能够遵守指导与原则-良好的视力并关注细节。
