Are you passionate about maintaining pristine and welcoming environments? Do you take pride in your attention to detail and dedication to exceptional customer service? We are searching for a talented Housekeeping Public Area Attendant who can bring a touch of magic to our guests' experiences.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain the highest possible standards of cleanliness in public areas.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish all public spaces, paying special attention to high-traffic areas and ensuring cleanliness at all times.
  • Ensure that all furniture and decorations are clean, properly arranged, and dust-free.
  • Empty and clean waste and recycling containers to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Clean and disinfect restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, ensuring they are fully stocked with supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in elevators, stairwells, and corridors by wiping surfaces, dusting, and removing trash.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment or furniture for meetings and events when required.
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and guests.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrable skills in cleaning and maintaining public areas, exhibiting a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the hotel's operations.
