InterContinental Auckland is seeking a passionate and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As part of our luxurious waterfront property, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and service excellence.

  • Lead, motivate and supervise a team of housekeeping attendants to ensure exceptional performance and guest satisfaction
  • Assist in recruiting, training and developing the housekeeping team to maintain high standards
  • Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to implement departmental policies and procedures
  • Create a guest-centric environment, ensuring all guest needs are met and exceeded
  • Empower your team to provide personalised and attentive service, fostering memorable guest stays.

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
  • A passion for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service, with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and elevate a team to exceed expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments
  • Must have valid working rights in New Zealand to be considered for this role
