As Human Resources Officer, you’ll make sure our employees are enabled and empowered through HR programmes in your hotel. You’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Assist your manager to create programmes to foster a positive work environment for all employees. Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey
- Educate and Support managers on HR disciplines to foster productivity and enhance performance
- Welcome and conduct new team member orientation
- Responsible for maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees
- Ensure hotel or company hiring standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed
- Works on HRMS and updates the system and records as per SOP
- Responsible for enrollment of staff in SSF and monthly staff contribution to the account.
- Supports reporting manager in complete Human Resources cycle
- Works as first point of contact to staff for any HR related concerns and issues.
- Wears uniform with pride and honor
- Any other duties as assigned by the management
What We need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate in Human Resources
- Two years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Other languages may be preferred
