InterContinental Wellington is looking for an Instant Service Centre Agent to join our fantastic Front Office Team.

 

 Your day to day

As the Instant Service Centre, you will play a vital role in fulfilling our guest promises and sharing your expertise to create unforgettable experiences. You will serve as the primary communication hub for the hotel, ensuring a swift and coordinated response to all guest requests, inquiries, and needs.

 

What we need from you

  • Effective communication skills are essential and frequently used when interacting with guests, employees, and third parties.
  • Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories 
  • Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential 
  • Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computers
  • Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job 
  • Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent at least one year in customer service position.
