Your day to day 

• Collect/return laundry, dry cleaning and pressing from/to the guests.
• Offer and carry out packing and unpacking for guest as allows/requests.
• Ensure to fill the laundry form for the guest with guest’s name, room number, number of garments for each type, guest’s instruction if any, and have guest’s signature on the form.
• Count and verify all garments collected as per laundry form signed by the guest and note down any discrepancy, damage, or stains and take follow-up actions as per established standards and procedures.
• Collect soiled linen from all housekeeping pantries, properly load on buggy car and deliver to the main laundry for sorting.
