Role Purpose:
The Manager, Agile Delivery leads cross-functional teams and communicates initiative details to leadership, including milestones, finances, risks, issues, and changes.
Your Day to Day:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the product area and maintain effective communication with stakeholders through prompt responses and follow-ups.
- Create and manage a project timeline, tracking milestones and dependencies and coordinating with development teams to anticipate risks and adjust plans as necessary.
- Lead project meetings, including Scrum of Scrum sessions, and facilitate cross-functional discussions while documenting key outcomes and action items.
- Provide multi-level status reporting, from an executive audience to those on the ground.
- Support the PI Planning process, including pre-planning, monitoring progress, and aligning features with external teams.
What We Need From You:
- Preferred certifications include PMP-ACP and Agile, with over 10 years of project management experience, including 5+ years in custom web and/or mobile software development and 5+ years in Agile environments.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assertively drive progress and manage resource demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and developing comprehensive project and release plans.
- Proficient in Agile project metrics, including data gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and problem-solving to identify and address issues effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
The salary range for this role is $58,834 - $148,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
