Hiring Salary: USD 104,000.00 - 110,000.00 YEARLY

The Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights partners with Operations leaders to deliver actionable insights that improve business performance across the Americas portfolio. This role leads complex analyses, develops scalable reporting solutions, and translates data into clear recommendations that support operational decision making.

The Manager is responsible for identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, and driving continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical partners, this role ensures analytics are timely, accurate, and aligned to strategic priorities.

Your day to day 

Lead Operational Analytics & Insights

  • Lead complex analyses to identify business trends, performance drivers, and operational opportunities. 
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for Operations leadership. 
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical approaches, and deliver meaningful solutions. 
  • Present findings and recommendations to leaders and non-technical audiences. 

Reporting & Data Solutions

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting, and analytical tools. 
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data quality across operational metrics. 
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies, and query performance. 
  • Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, automate recurring processes, and improve data accessibility. 

Business Partnership

  • Build strong relationships with Operations, Commercial, and cross-functional partners. 
  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, operational reviews, and executive reporting. 
  • Prioritize multiple projects while balancing ongoing operational support and longer-term analytical work. 
  • Help stakeholders interpret data and make informed business decisions. 

Analytics Innovation & AI Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve reporting efficiency and decision making. 
  • Explore emerging analytical tools and techniques to enhance insight generation and reduce manual effort. 
  • Partner with technical teams to implement scalable analytical solutions. 
  • Promote best practices for analytics, data governance, and self-service reporting across the organization. 

Team Leadership

  • Coach and mentor analysts, providing guidance on analytical methods, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Review work products to ensure quality, accuracy, and business relevance. 
  • Foster a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset within the Analytics team.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.  
  • Advanced Python skills. 
  • Experience with Python, including the ability to review, troubleshoot, and maintain existing code and processes
  • Advanced experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions. 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are important. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting Operations or hospitality organizations. 
    • Experience with AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or generative AI solutions. 
    • Experience building predictive or diagnostic analytics. 
    • Experience mentoring or leading analysts. 
    • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design. 
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Travel – 5-10%

Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $104,000.00 to $110,000.00.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
